Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner List New York Condo Amid Split

Former Manchester United Star Targets Hong Kong Buyers for Branded Residences in Manchester
Former footballer and star of Manchester United Gary Neville is developing the first branded residence in Manchester, England, and is seeking buyers from Hong Kong. The W Residences will be helmed by Relentless Developments, which Neville co-founded, and Salboy, a Manchester-based developer. The flats, which will be some of the most expensive in the northwest English city, are being marketed to Hongkongers who are eligible for fast-track U.K. residency under the British National (Overseas) visas. Sydney Suburb Trophy Home Sets City Sale Record Once Again
A 1918 Federation mansion in the Sydney suburb of Centennial Park has once again sold for a suburb-high, this time for A$26.5 million (US$17 million). The grand residence’s prior two sales were also record-setting—first in 2015, selling for A$12 million, and then in 2018, when art specialist and philanthropist Gene Sherman bought it for A$16.5 million. Spanning 2,200-square-meters, the mansion had six bedrooms when Sherman and her late husband purchased it, but they reconfigured it into a two-bedroom home with countless sitting rooms. Despite rising interest rates, Sydney’s trophy home market has remained resilient, with more than 40 properties selling for $20 million or more this year. Domain
Luxury Home Sales Increase Dramatically in India’s Top Seven Cities
The luxury home market in the top seven Indian cities has been strong this year, with approximately 9,200 units sold during the period of January to September, compared to 4,700 units during the same time frame last year—a 97% increase. Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad are the country’s top three markets, accounting for about 90% of all luxury home sales. Additionally, luxury sales increased 19% year over year during the third quarter. “We anticipate the overall housing market to be further bolstered by the ongoing festive season in the coming months of 2023,” said Anshuman Magazine, chairman and CEO (India, South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa) of CBRE.
