Rebel Wilson is making another attempt to find a buyer for her Los Angeles home—and this time she’s hoping a hefty price cut will lure an offer. But now, the “Pitch Perfect” star is back at it, having relisted the home with a 7%, or $300,000, discount, offering it up for $3.85 million. Realtor.com

Second-hand property values, meanwhile, grew 7.3% over the same time. Underpinning values is a lack of supply and strong demand from foreign buyers and investors. The Olive Press
