2.5 cup cooked rice, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric For Tempering: 2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp peanuts, 1.5 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 1 tbsp urad dal, 1 tsp Bengal gram, 4 dried red chilies, 12 cashews, 10 curry leaves.

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry peanuts till golden brown and keep aside.
