Huawei makes devices with researched innovation and the company has recently busted a fake earphone seller that sold over 330000 units of earphones in the name of Huawei.
According to the information, Huawei has recently filed a legal case against a seller for infringing Huawei’s sales rights and copyright.
A document reveals, Huawei claimed that a Chinese seller, Zhang Moumou sold headphones online using the word Huawei in many places of the product listing. While headphones have nothing to do with Huawei.
Evidence on this matter shows that the court has come to the understanding that the actual sales volume of fake Huawei earphones accounts for 330000 units. Therefore, the sales amount was about 4.06 million yuan.
The court has also announced the use of the word “Huawei” on products through links involved in the case and the works indicating that the source of the product includes the right to the use of the trademark. And it infringes Huawei’s right over the trademark.
As a result, the court ordered the fake earphone sellers to pay compensation of 403000 yuan for economic losses and reasonable expenses.
However, it’s not the first time, that Huawei contributed to such a massive crackdown on fall products. As the Chinese tech maker is serious about its IPs and the rest of its products.

Huawei is exceeding its limit of research and development and the Chinese tech maker has recently filed a patent that reveals features for better cross device camera shooting.
Huawei has a new patent with application number CN115514883A, the patent is named “cross device collaborative shooting method, related devices, and systems”
Yes, there’s a patent description, which reveals the working mechanism of the cross device Huawei camera shooting feature.
According to the patent description, the feature allows the parent device to use collaborative shooting with the sub device. The parent device can receive the user input to apply changes directly to the connected sub device.
Interestingly, the changes made in the image in the sub-device could directly be transferred to the parent device, as it is.
Giving the control of cross device camera shooting now only allows the parent device to control the shutter button but also allows to control the shooting effect of the sub device. This creates a complete remote control of the camera application and imitates it on other Huawei devices.
Cross device feature:
Huawei already has such a feature for HarmonyOS software, which allows you to share camera controls with another HarmonyOS-powered smartphone or tablet. The feature allows you to also use the camera for video calling and live streaming through a third-party app.

During the Operating System Industry Summit 2022, Huawei revealed that the OpenEuler installations mark reached 2.45 million units, which is equivalent to 22% of the total server operating system market in China.
OpenEuler is an operating system designed and developed by Huawei for the server market. Due to its open-source environment, OpenEuler supports six processor architectures including x86, Arm, RISC-V, LoongArch, SW64, and Power.
Obtaining 22% of a server operating system market such as China is a big achievement for OpenEuler software.
In January 2021, Huawei announced the donation of the source code of Euler OS to the Open Atom foundation. After that, the software is renamed as OpenEuler.
Information on this matter reveals OpenEuler has recently released version 22.09 version. It is the first innovative version after community donation, while the full code version 22.09 reached over 670 million lines and 20.12 million lines of new code. There are a total of 48000 lines of code added to the kernel so far.
