Trong 3 tháng đầu năm, 4 nhà máy của Samsung Electronics (Hàn Quốc) đặt tại Việt Nam đã thu về hơn 24.000 tỷ won, tương đương gần 20,2 tỷ USD quy đổi theo tỷ giá cuối tháng 3.
Báo cáo tài chính quý I của Tập đoàn Samsung Electronics (Hàn Quốc) cho biết nhà sản xuất thiết bị điện tử này đã ghi nhận trên 77.781 tỷ won doanh thu trong quý đầu năm nay, tương đương 64,58 tỷ USD quy đổi theo tỷ giá tại ngày 31/3. So với cùng kỳ năm 2021, mức doanh thu kể trên đã tăng 19%.
Nhờ cải thiện đáng kể biên lãi gộp từ mức 36,5% kỳ trước lên 39,5% kỳ này, cùng việc tiết giảm 14% (xấp xỉ 1,45 tỷ USD) chi phí bán hàng và quản lý doanh nghiệp, lợi nhuận sau thuế nhà sản xuất thiết bị điện tử này thu về được đã tăng tới 59%, đạt gần 5,93 tỷ USD.
Cũng tại báo cáo này, Samsung Electronics đã công bố kết quả kinh doanh của 4 nhà máy đặt tại Việt Nam, bao gồm Samsung Electronics Vietnam THAINGUYEN Co., Ltd. (SEVT); Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SEV); Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SDV) và Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex Co., Ltd. (SEHC).
Cụ thể, trong quý đầu năm nay, 4 nhà máy này đã mang về tổng cộng hơn 24.000 tỷ won cho tập đoàn mẹ Samsung Hàn Quốc, tương đương 20,19 tỷ USD quy đổi theo tỷ giá cuối tháng 3. So với cùng kỳ năm trước, mức doanh thu của 4 nhà máy Samsung tại Việt Nam đã tăng 22%.
Trong đó, nhà máy đóng góp nhiều doanh thu nhất cho Samsung tại thị trường Việt Nam vẫn là Samsung Thái Nguyên (SEVT) với 8,89 tỷ USD trong quý I, tăng 30% so với cùng kỳ. Đây cũng là mức doanh thu cao nhất mà nhà máy này ghi nhận được trong một quý kinh doanh.
Ngoài Samsung Thái Nguyên, 3 nhà máy còn lại của tập đoàn này tại thị trường Việt Nam cũng ghi nhận tăng trưởng doanh thu trong quý đầu năm nay. Trong đó, doanh thu Samsung Bắc Ninh (SEV) tăng 9%, mang về 4,89 tỷ USD; Samsung Display (SDV) tăng 28%, đóng góp 4,77 tỷ USD và Samsung HCMC CE (SEHC) mang về 1,64 tỷ USD, tăng 10%.
Sau khi trừ các chi phí phát sinh, 4 nhà máy tại Việt Nam mang về cho tập đoàn mẹ hơn 1,45 tỷ USD lợi nhuận, cũng tăng 21% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.
Với chỉ tiêu này, Samsung Thái Nguyên cũng là nhà máy đóng góp lợi nhuận cao nhất với gần 810 triệu USD trong quý I, tăng 45% so với cùng kỳ.
Vẫn đứng thứ hai nhưng kết quả lợi nhuận của nhà máy Samsung Bắc Ninh thu về quý vừa qua đã giảm 13%, đạt 361 triệu USD. Tương tự, lợi nhuận của Samsung Display cũng giảm 31%, đóng góp 111 triệu USD.
Trong khi đó, Samsung HCMC CE mang về 170 triệu USD lợi nhuận trong quý, tăng 155%.
Tính đến cuối tháng 3, tổng tài sản của 4 nhà máy Samsung đặt tại Việt Nam đạt trên 44.000 tỷ won, tương đương gần 37 tỷ USD và tăng 9% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Số dư này tương đương gần 15,4% tổng tài sản các công ty con của Samsung đặt trên toàn cầu.
Tổng giám đốc Samsung Việt Nam Choi Joo Ho cho biết doanh nghiệp này sẽ tập trung nâng cao vị thế kinh doanh ở Việt Nam khi đầu tư mạnh mẽ vào nghiên cứu và phát triển.
