PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle should "go home" as Americans are now "not interested" in the couple, a Royal commentator has said.
The royal couple's plummeting popularity coincides with the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, and a string of high-profile interviews and a divisive Netflix documentary.
And Kinsey Schofield of the To Di For podcast warned Harry & Meghan should "go home" to the UK as she spoke to GB News after a damning poll last week showed how public opinion of the couple had turned.
She said: "I'm going to tell you something you do not want to hear: here in the States the conversation is Harry and Meghan need to apologise and they need to move back to the UK. That is literally what we're saying here in America, that they need to move back to the UK. I know that that's the last thing Brits want, so I apologise for bringing you that information."
Schofield went on to add: "They don't provide anything and I think that what we liked about them was their relation to the British Royal Family, so if they want to continue to be of value to anybody, I think that they've got to be closer to the British Royal Family."

Since leaving their royal roles, many raised questions on whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should get to keep their royal titles.
Royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti told Us Weekly that the Royal Family probably wouldn't take the step to strip them of their titles, even though Tory MP Bob Seely is pushing for it.
Mr Sacerdoti said: "The sense I get is that this is not something they want to do. I think they’re trying to calm things, not trying to throw more grenades — [they’re] not trying to provoke any more than they’re being provoked.
"Trying to remove their titles by the king would be seen as perhaps an aggressive move, or at least Harry and Meghan could dress it up that way."
In his book, Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait, Gyles Brandreth reveals that Kate Middleton is very much like the late Queen when it comes to eye contact.
He explained that when royal members attend interviews or walkabouts, they should never assume that the attention is for them or they'll "end up in trouble."
He wrote: "It isn’t for you as an individual. You are not a celebrity. You are representing the Royal Family. That’s all.
"The Queen never looks at the camera. Never. Look at who you’re talking to. Look at what you’ve come to see.
"I have been on walkabouts with the Duchess of Cambridge. She does not look at the camera. Whenever she is interviewed, Catherine talks about the matter in hand, never about herself.
"Kate’s stoical attitude towards the press mirrors that of the Queen herself. It’s felt by many to be the appropriate royal response."
Judi James explained how Camilla is close friends with Princess Anne, however, she also explained how her new role might affect this friendship.
When Charles became King, Camilla took on the title of Queen Consort and this will be made official at the Coronation.
Ms James said: "Camilla is now not only above Anne in the royal pecking order, she has now taken the role of Queen in the place of Anne’s beloved mother.
"Anne’s closeness to the late Queen was never illustrated more than during the funeral and Anne is very much the family’s champion when it comes to regal behavior and protocols.
"Anne is an old-school royal and it will be interesting to see how she reacts now the woman whose rise in the royal ranks has far exceeded expectations."
The Standard released a poll in which its results showed that 60% of Brits want Prince Harry to be at the King's Coronation on May 6.
In the group of respondents aged 18 to 34, 15% only think that the Duke shouldn't attend while the rest believe that he deserves to attend the special occasion.
The slightly older group, from 35 to 54 sees a split of 65% and 26% in views.
However, when it came to the 55+ age group, the split was almost split in half, with 47% saying that they want to see Harry at the Coronation but a strong 42% saying 'no.'
Baroness Lady Glenconner was a close friend of Princess Margaret, and while speaking with Lorraine Kelly on ITV, she said what the late Queen's sister would think of Harry.
She said: "If his auntie Margaret – or great-aunt Margaret had been around, I would wonder what she would’ve said to Prince Harry.
"I think he’s extremely lucky she wasn’t around. I think, well, I know, she would’ve been horrified."
Monday, May 8, is the final day of Coronation festivities, however, Brits will be delighted to know that it's a bank holiday.
However, even though you might be suffering from a hangover, the UK is encouraged to lend a helping hand in the Big Help Out.
The Big Help Out will give Brits a chance to get themselves involved in local groups and help out charities.
On Sunday, May 7, there will be a special Coronation Concert held in Windsor which will also be broadcasted live on BBC.
No singers have been officially announced yet but icons such as Ed Sheeran, Elton John, Dua Lipa and Harry Styles are rumoured.
There will also be a concert choir with singers from the NHS, refugees, LGBTQ+ groups and deaf-signing choirs.
A light show is also set to take place and lasers will illuminate famous locations across the UK.

The King's Coronation will take place on May 6 and plans for the three-day festivity have already been revealed.
Everything will kick off on Saturday, May 6, when the Archbishop of Canterbury conducts the Coronation ceremony.
In a bid to "modernise the monarchy," the ceremony shall only be an hour long with a limited guest which will probably include around 3,000 people, compared to the Queen's 8,000.
After, there will be a procession to Buckingham Palace which will finish off with the Royal Family waving from the balcony.
Body language expert Judi James spoke with The Express and revealed how she noticed that Princess Anne is Queen Camilla's closest friend.
Ms James said: "Anne is still the one royal that Camilla seems to greet and respond to using body language rituals that suggest some level of genuine friendship.
"Camilla looks unusually happy, comfortable and even keen to use direct and sustained eye contact with Anne and will mirror her body language to create a sense of synchronicity and like-mindedness.

Prince Harry has gone on a book tour, after releasing his memoir, Spare, however, Meghan wasn't seen with him.
A source told Us Weekly that the Duchess remained at home as she was "happy to let Harry take centre stage."
The source said: "Meghan has been keeping her head down in Montecito, taking care of the kids and working on projects that are coming up in the months ahead.
"He’s flying all over the place to promote Spare but most of the time he’s returning home to Montecito and not staying out of town very often because he wants to be with the kids.”

Prince Andrew has been booted out of Buckingham Palace as the Royal Family faces crisis with Virginia Giuffre set to release a memoir with bombshells about paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told MailOnline: "Andrew may have secured an agreement for Virginia Roberts Giuffre never to speak out against him publicly when he settled her civil suit which alleged that she had had non-consensual sex with him on three occasions.
"If this is so, the fact that she is writing her memoir may not concern him and his legal team unduly. If not it will obviously be of very considerable concern.
"Andrew has undoubtedly been given hope by the settling of all legal issues between Giuffre and the top American lawyer Alan Dershowitz in which she admitted she “may have made a mistake” in claiming that he had abused her as a teenager.
"However to actually clear his name it would also be necessary to have some credibility in the court of public opinion where his ratings are terrible.
"He is in disgrace, cannot use his “HRH” and carries out no royal duties. He has not been convicted of any crime so he sees no reason to do penance, but he promised to help the FBI in their investigations into Epstein’s crimes and does not appear to have done so.
"If he attends a royal event it can overshadow it and King Charles and William are convinced he has no future as a working royal.
"For a real comeback, which the public would accept, he needs a miracle and not public support from prison from Ghislaine Maxwell, his close friend who is also a convicted sex offender. It is a Sisyphean task."
Together with Carolyn Durand, Omid Scobie wrote a biography about Harry and Meghan titled Finding Freedom.
He holds lots of sympathy for the couple, however, on the podcast Royally Obsessed he said that people will now have "Sussex fatigue" as the public has "had enough" of the drama.
He said: "In many ways, how can a regular person not have Sussex fatigue at this point? I almost feel it’s like my duty to follow it every step of the way.
"But I can understand how general members of the public have just had enough of hearing about the royal dramas in general.
"I sympathize with the Sussexes in some ways, because they’re only now getting to join the story at this very late stage. For many years, they weren’t able to share their side."
Valentine Lowe shared his prediction of how the Royal Family might have reacted to Kim Kardashian buying Princess Diana's Attallah cross with US Weekly.
Mr Lowe said: "I think they probably laugh at it. Laugh about it over the breakfast table and move on. [They] certainly wouldn’t be annoyed, I [don’t] think."
The US star bought the cross – which has a diamond weight of 5.25 carats – at an auction and it's composed of square-cut amethysts and circular-cut diamonds.
It's been confirmed that Prince Harry will be addressing business leaders at the Uplift summit in March.
The two-day summit is being held in San Francisco by coaching and mental health company Better Up.
The Duke will be discussing the "purpose, performance and human transformation" with other experts such as Issa Rae and Adam Grant.
Archie's former nanny, Lorren Khumalo, recalled the time she went for her job interview with Prince Harry.
She explained to Zenzele Ndebele on The Breakfast Club how he hugged her when she walked in and she immediately thought: "Wow, what a gentleman, what a gem."
She added: "I just felt so comfortable, it wasn't so formal as I expected it to be, it was just a normal home."
She even asked the protection officer whether she needed to curtsey before entering and he responded: "You'll see, Prince Harry is amazing," while laughing.
Royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti told US Weekly that Prince Harry and the Royal Family might put their differences aside for a short period.
It comes as the Firm and Britain prepare to officially crown their new monarch on May 6, King Charles III.
Mr Sacerdoti said: "I suspect that there are some efforts going on to try and make some form of reconciliation.
"I think because they don’t want [family tensions] to upstage what’s going on on that very important day.
“Whether or not that’s possible is one thing, and whether or not it’s lasting is another thing. Even if they do manage to make some form of peace, [it] might be temporary.
"I think it’s going to be extremely difficult for them as a family — and more broadly, for the nation and for the Institution — to forgive what’s happened.”
Body language expert Darren Stanton told Marie Claire that Prince William and Kate seem "unfazed" by the drama caused by Spare.
The Prince and Princess of Wales visited the Foodshare food bank in Windsor where they helped out by packing food.
Mr Stanton said: "Kate and William seem completely unfazed by the drama surrounding Prince Harry.
"I feel that whatever thoughts and emotions they have regarding the current situation, they are doing their best to remain professional and have refrained from showing any leakage gestures.
"I cannot see any signs of deception or masking negative emotions towards Prince Harry. Instead, they appear completely at ease with each other.
"There is nothing to suggest it isn’t normal business as usual. Both royals seem to be completely comfortable in each other’s proximal zones and intimate space.
"During testing times, some couples often show small signs of discomfort or nerves; however William and Kate are continuing to stand united against Harry’s actions."

Royal experts have warned the upcoming coronation of King Charles could be faced with chaos as a result of shocking allegations yet to come in three new books.
Yesterday it was reported that Virgina Giuffre, the woman who accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, could release a bombshell book just before the coronation takes place.
The news comes after the firm is said to be bracing for Meghan Markle to release her own memoir.
Royal biographer Angela Levin believes “all of this may come to a head just before the coronation”.
She told The Sun: “It’s a huge burden and it’s such a shame.
“It’s the first coronation since 1953 and it just looks as though people are doing this deliberately just to spoil it.”
