For $1000 you can meet the man who is sixth in the line to the British throne.
Britain’s Prince Harry has been announced as a guest speaker at a conference entitled Uplift to be held in San Francisco, California. The price for a ticket to the two-day conference is $950, and it’s free for virtual ticket. It’s unclear what Prince Harry will discuss at the conference will be held on 7-8 March 2023. Uplift offer coaching, community, guidance, and insight about business. Its also unclear if his wife Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex will attend the event.

There are clear explanations on the site what each speaker at the event will speak about on the BetterUp promotional websites, but what Prince Harry will discuss is not explained. While its common for members of the British Royal family to make public appearances its unusual for them to speak at events where only paid attendees can hear thm speak. However, the organizers of BetterUp say that the speeches will be made available for free for all those who join the event on March 7th. Its unclear what renumeration the prince will recieve for the speaking engagement.

Learn the practices that helped them overcome challenges, build mental fitness and perform at their best, time after time.” said BetterUp on their website in describing the topic to be discussed.
Though its unclear if Prince Harry will be the keynote speaker at the event or what he will speak about given his limited corporate background.
Though not all executives maybe sold on the oppurtunity.
“ I wouldn’t spend that amount of money to meet Prince Harry when I can pick up his book,” said Paulina Velasco, a PR executive in Los Angeles, “…I understand there will be other peopel who I could potentially network with at those events. However, meer curiosity conflicts with my bottom line.”
Prince Harry has also been announced as a Chief Impact Officer at BetterUp leadership team pages though its unclear what this position entails. Prince Harry is described as a humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist. Prince Harry’s work with charities including The Invictus Games Foundation, Travelyst, and Archwell are also highlighted though he has no prior corporate expirience.
BetterUp is a unicorn profit company which some $556.9 Million in total funding according to cruchbase. BetterUp exposed as a company which develops an AI-driven platform that helps people and businesses grow personally and professionally through coaching.

Ofcourse the $950 fee goes to more than just one speech. Attendees will get the change to attend Immersive workshops, fireside chats, and guided group coaching sessions.
Another names mentioned by BetterUp include Hollywood actress Issa Rae, Celebrity Chef David Chang, Public speaker Adam Grant, the co-founder of BetterUp Alexi Robichaux, Ultramarathon runner Robin Arzón, Entreprenur Keith Ferrazzi, Josh Bersin, any many more.

Earlier this week, the Sussexes made news when they were endorsed by Ndileka Mandela. Though in an op-ed, Mandela clairified her support for the two California-based royals.
