Dear Tiatira Com,
It’s easy to fall in love on a classic cruise, where you’re enveloped in luxury and every day is another chapter of a fairy tale. But on an expedition cruise, you’re active, you’re moving, you’re learning, you’re experiencing a different way of life. “Romance?” you think. “Not happening.”
Cruisers say otherwise. In fact, several told us, an expedition cruise has a pixie dust all its own. Those voyages of discovery have a different rhythm, and you’ll do things in a different way and look at each other in a different light. In fact, one expedition cruiser tells me, she and her husband fell in love with each other all over again on a trip to Antarctica.
Come, give it a try. At the very least, you’ll have an amazing trip, and at the other end of the spectrum, well, who knows? The sky’s the limit.
Stay curious.
Warmest Regards, |

THERE’S A CERTAIN GLOW ABOUT AN EXPEDITION CRUISE |
|
It may be something as simple as a sky full of stars that enchants us, like the couple above on a beach in Zanzibar, or it could be the delicious feeling of being far, far away. Whatever the reason, travelers find that voyages of adventure and discovery ignite (or re-ignite) a passion, not just for traveling but for each other. Find out why.

DRINK A TOAST TO SOUTH AMERICA |
|
Be careful out there. Chile and Peru both claim pisco as their own, and it’s the subject of animated discussion about who is the originator and whose version is better. Alone, it tastes like brandy, but mixed with wine and emulsified egg, it tastes even more like heaven. Check it out and decide for yourself before your next trip to South America.
