DNA tests confirmed her identity after her dismembered legs were found in a fridge, and her skull and ribs in a cooking pot that was seized from the property, in the village of Lung Mei Tsuen, according to the South China Morning Post.
The 28-year-old’s torso and hands have not yet been found, the newspaper reported, adding investigators are still searching a number of possible locations.
A hole on the back of the skull is where she was struck in the fatal attack, officials believe.
Ms Choi was a model and influencer who shared her glamorous life of photoshoots and fashion shows with more than 100,000 followers on Instagram.
She was reportedly last seen on 21 February, with police discovering her body parts a week later.
Six people have so far been arrested in the case.
On Thursday, police arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of aiding and abetting an offender, according to local media reports.
He is accused of trying to help Ms Choi’s ex-husband Alex Kwong flee Hong Kong by sea.
Kwong, 28, his father, Kwong Kau and brother, Anthony Kwong, were charged with murder on Monday, while Alex Kwong’s mother, Jenny Li, faces one count of perverting the course of justice.
A fifth person suspected of hiding one of the suspects was released on police bail without charge.

‘Strong evidence’ from landfill search
More than 120 officers last week ended their search of a landfill site for more of the model’s body parts as police continue to investigate the gruesome killing.
Superintendent Alan Chung told reporters: “Even though we didn’t find them [the missing body parts], we obtained strong evidence in the case.”
Officers also revisited the house where Ms Choi’s remains were found. A police cordon remains at the scene.
Police have said she was embroiled in a financial dispute involving tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars with her ex-husband and his family – with “some people” unhappy with the way she handled her finances.
