Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) has issued a statement clarifying the immigration clearance process for travellers entering Singapore via the land checkpoints.
The process and required documents are as follows:
Physical vaccination certificate
Physical recovery memo
SG Arrival Card
This clarification comes following a WhatsApp message that has been circulating regarding a traveller’s experience at one of the land checkpoints, and claims on the documents required, ICA said.
ICA has also issued an advisory reminding travellers to prepare all necessary documents, such as valid travel documents, and submit the SG Arrival Card within three days of arrival at the checkpoints.
“Travellers who are not vaccinated in Singapore are also required to upload their digital vaccination certificates during their SG Arrival Card submission.
“ICA would also like to advise travellers to refer to ICA’s official channels (websites and social media platforms) for updated information relating to travelling under the Vaccinated Travel Framework.”
