Lappset Creative, a leading provider of themed and branded activity attractions, has announced four key events for this year where attendees will have the opportunity to examine potential attraction upgrades.
The company converts imaginary ideas into reality with active, educational, and immersive play products and commits to providing customers with solutions for their business needs through engaging attractions.
Lappset Creative is a turnkey provider of highly themed indoor playgrounds, with responsibility for initial ideas and development, through to opening day.
The firm is part of the Lappset Group with its heritage dating back to 1970. The group has subsidiaries throughout Asia, Europe and America, with factories in three countries and Lappset Group Ltd’s network of resellers covering nearly 60 countries.
Lappset Creative’s concept design team takes clients’ existing concepts or creates fresh ideas in order to represent customer values and generate desired results. Storytelling is incorporated into the design process to deliver immersive end-user experiences and higher play value.
One of Lappset Creative’s most recent projects opened in March 2022 at Forum Nova Karolina Shopping Mall in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
The venue’s Forgotten City indoor playground is based on a post-apocalyptic world, where nature takes over and reclaims its place. In this environment, humans are long-gone and replaced with plants, creating a new twist on the phrase ‘urban jungle’. Visitors now have the chance to immerse themselves in the unique space, with Lappset commenting that customer feedback has so far been very positive and families adore the playground.
The end product is the result of a collaboration between the client, Lappset Creative and Fantasia Works, a special production unit which is part of Lappset Group Ltd.
Lappset Creative concept design team leader Ville Kemppainen explains: “This project has encouraged the establishment of a strong ongoing design dialogue between Lappset Creative and Fantasia Works design teams which will be the driving force of design victories also for the future.”
Held in Heilbronn, Germany, the 2022 Ecsite Conference is the largest science engagement conference in Europe and will be held on 2–4 June. Lappset Creative helps make learning fun through active play with exploration and educational subjects. The firm will be joined at a booth by Heureka, its long-term partner for science exhibitions.
Lappset Creative will also be at IAAPA Expo Europe 2022 when it makes a return to London, UK. As the leisure industry’s premier event, Lappset Creative says it looks forward to networking and establishing partnerships with industry professionals between 12–15 September.
As a pan-European event dedicated to licensing and IPs, the Lappset Creative team will be at Brand Licensing Europe 2022, discovering and networking with leading brands and character licenses.
Closing out the year, Lappset Creative will travel to Cannes, France for Mapic, a leading international retail property event. The company will be displaying its design and installation capabilities for location-based attractions, ready to discuss solutions that can upgrade retail properties globally.
More information about the events can be found by contacting Lappset Creative on the firm’s website.
Last year, Lappset Creative launched a new online discovery workshop for themed attractions, providing an opportunity for destinations looking to renovate, extend or create a new attraction.
