Intercontinental Hotels Group will open a dual-branded property at Heathrow T4 next month.
The Crowne Plaza London Heathrow Terminal 4, and Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Terminal 4 will both be attached to the terminal by a covered walkway.
The websites for the two properties are both advertising that they are taking reservations “for stays from September 19, 2018 onwards”, but when Business Traveller checked the first available dates for both hotels was October 1.
The 300-room Crowne Plaza will feature an executive club lounge, all-day dining Urban Brasserie, gym and business centre, while the 450-room will offer an Express Bar and Cafe.
Both properties are owned by Arora Hotels, a division of the Arora Group, which also operates hotels including the Hilton London Gatwick, Novotel London Stansted Airport, Holiday Inn London Heathrow, Sofitel London Gatwick and Sofitel London Heathrow.
Last week IHG opened a dual-branded Staybridge Suites and Crowne Plaza property in Manchester’s The Lume development.
