A man who has been named a “legend” after his good deed, has become viral on TikTok after he stepped in to save a girl from a difficult situation after seeing her being supposedly harassed in a supermarket by another man. The viral video has gained over 16 million likes on TikTok and has been shared widely on the platform to raise awareness of the importance of “protecting our ladies”.

Commentators have called him a “legend”, with one user @Noa_Denton writing: “He is a good man you better give him respect.”
The video begins with Brandon wearing a mask in a supermarket that has a camouflage pattern on it, and he films himself walking up towards the young girl, but she is not shown on camera. He explains: “There is a weird man making this girl uncomfortable in the store. I am going to pretend I know her.”
The young girl quickly catches on to his good intentions and goes along with it, pretending to know Brandon.
Brandon starts the conversation by exclaiming: “Oh my god, hi. How are you?” and the girl replies and continues the conversation.

Playing along with the conversation and grateful for the help, the girl says” “Aunt Claire?” The pair then walk off together and the girl thanks him for helping her and removing her from the uncomfortable situation.
She added: “He was seeing if I wanted to go back to his place, so creepy.”
The TikTok user said: “I was watching him from across the freaking room, he was touching you. Are you okay?”

Since the video was uploaded on TikTok, it has received over 122,000 comments, most with praise for the user, calling Brandon “awesome” with many people saying they would do exactly the same if they encountered a similar situation.
User @theacemind wrote: “This is why it’s important to be aware of your surroundings you never know if someone might need your help.”
It has also sparked a conversation online about whether “Aunt Clare” should be a universal code to help women in danger or uncomfortable situations.
