Take Snif Strawberry Moon home with you.
If you’ve visited Miami Beach in the past year, you may already be well acquainted with The Goodtime Hotel, music icon Pharrell Williams and nightlife entrepreneur David Grutman’s stylish, seven-story resort that centers on a singular ethos: having a good time. Housed within the buzzy hotel is its Mediterranean bar and restaurant, Strawberry Moon (named after the red-tinged full moon that appears around summer solstice), which also doubles as a day-to-night swim club. For an even more immersive experience for their guests, The Goodtime Hotel has teamed up with the scent masters at Snif on a fragrance version of Strawberry Moon, a limited-edition perfume that embodies the energy and luxury of its namesake hot spot—all in a 30-milliliter bottle.
“We like to say Strawberry Moon is Miami personified,” Snif cofounder Bryan Edwards says. “When formulating, we were interested in creating something that would carry people through their ideal day in South Beach, but really, it’s for anyone looking for a good time. It’s for poolside, or a day at the beach, a night out—it’s good times in a bottle.” With notes of bergamot zest, Moroccan jasmine, musk, and soft leather, the fragrance version of Strawberry Moon is designed to be genderless, featuring a clean, vegan formula that’s also paraben and phthalate free.

“Strawberry Moon is the heart of The Goodtime Hotel,” Grutman tells BAZAAR.com. “We always set out to create singular and memorable experiences at all of our venues, and scent can play a huge role in this. For Strawberry Moon, we decided to forge a signature fragrance with Snif, because they’re excellent at what they do, and they also have a great amount of crossover knowledge—from fragrance to pop culture to current trends. It was a good fit.”
The perfume’s unique packaging is inspired by the Goodtime’s Art Deco interior design and features a custom sleeve adorned with its logo, plus an abstract lid illustrated like one of the parasols that dot the hotel’s Strawberry Moon restaurant.
If you plan on making a trip to The Goodtime Hotel, you can snag a bottle of Strawberry Moon in person; staying put, you can just add it to your online shopping cart for $65. “We wanted the scent experience to be bright and vibrant, like the place that inspired it, and by working with David Grutman and the team at Strawberry Moon, that’s exactly what we’ve accomplished,” Snif cofounder Phil Riportella adds. “It’s truly unique and genderless with an amazing blend of jasmine and leather notes. It’s playful and absolutely perfect. We couldn’t be more proud and excited for people to try it.”
