The student considered attacking an army camp and a gravesite at a mosque. He also planned to stab and kill people in dark alleys, and take their personal belongings as war spoils for his terrorist army.
“We don’t like the numbers – nine since 2015 – but compared to other countries, it is very small,” said the Home Affairs and Law Minister, adding that most of the nine youths have made “good progress” in their rehabilitation.
