The first-floor master wing is made up of a bedroom, a bathroom with two toilets, two walk-in closets and a private gym with a sauna. An office and another bedroom are also on this floor, tucked behind pocket doors.
A floating glass staircase leads from the great room to a loft-like study open to the first floor, with walls of glass and built-in dark-wood bookshelves. Two more bedrooms are upstairs. Both have private toilets, but share a bathroom. They also have water views. Two additional rooms upstairs are used as children’s playrooms. The second floor can be reached by elevator.
