Summer is now in full swing, even if the weather hasn't always been here to show for it. Some particularly damp spells have been thrown in alongside the glorious sunshine.
In Berkshire, there are plenty of wonderful of attractions to be enjoyed when the sun does shine. Miles of rolling hills can be ambled across and plenty of history can be soaked in.
But after a long day of strenuous activity, you will undoubtedly have worked up quite the appetite. Whilst there are plenty of good pubs and restaurants to choose from, sometimes an al fresco experience, away from the hot, stuffy and times, loud indoor eateries, is infinitely more desirable.

Thankfully, Berkshire has an abundance of incredible eateries. Ranging from beer gardens overlooking the River Thames and Kennet and Avon Canal, to a more high-end table with the North Wessex Downs as the backdrop, there are plenty of places to choose from if you know where to look.
