SINGAPORE: Novotel has signed a management agreement for an extended stay property to become the first offering for its Living brand in Singapore.
Claymore Serviced Residences Singapore will become the first of Novotel’s Living brand properties to operate in Singapore.
The 85-key property will be known as Novotel Living Singapore Orchard, and is located a five-minute walk from Orchard MRT,close to restaurants, bars and entertainment.
The property has had some refurbishments including the lobby, clubhouse, lounge and the pool area and gym.
Accommodation ranges from executive studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments, fully equipped kitchens, and in-room laundry facilities.
This property will join Accor’s network of 27 properties in Singapore across the Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Swissôtel, Novotel, Mercure and ibis brands.
Accor is the largest operator of extended stay and serviced apartment properties outside of the United States of America.
The group offers a portfolio of more than 300 extended stay properties, comprising of serviced apartments and aparthotels under brands including Swissôtel Living, Mövenpick Living, Novotel Living, and Mercure Living as well as lifestyle brands operated by Ennismore including Mondrian Living and Hyde Living.
Last year the Novotel Living brand debuted in Eastern Europe.
