Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim’s Pakatan Harapan could emerge with the biggest share of votes in this Saturday’s federal election race that may be too close to call, according to the latest opinion poll.
PH may pick up 35% of the vote followed by Perikatan Nasional, an alliance helmed by former premier Muhyiddin Yassin at 20%, according to a YouGov survey of 2,687 people carried out between Nov. 8 and 14. The incumbent Barisan Nasional lagged at 17%, while 20% of the respondents didn’t disclose their choice that can keep the race wide open.
