My sixteen-year-old sister is a creature of habit. A monster even. She has a banana every morning. Her condiment of choice is peri-peri sauce, and she has to have it on everything. She even has a designated seat at the dining table, and she will get downright territorial about it. I love her, idiosyncrasies and all, so when she pleads to go to her favourite restaurant of all time (other than Nando’s) I must oblige.
7 Spices is a well-established Indian restaurant in the core of Applecross village. Its turmeric-coloured walls always get me hyped up for the two hours of naan tearing and pappadum munching ahead.
