Samper, 23, has not played a first-team match for Barcelona since the 2016 Spanish Super Cup, having spent the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Granada and his spell with Las Palmas last season was cut short through injury.
Cillessen, meanwhile, is the club’s second-choice goalkeeper behind Marc-Andre ter Stegen, having made 21 appearances over the past two seasons.
