MINSK, 21 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ exposition opened at MEDEXPO AFRICA 2023, the largest medical exhibition in the East African region, in Nairobi, Kenya on 21 June, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Kenya.
In the presence of representatives of Kenyan government agencies, the diplomatic corps, the business community and the media, Belarusian Ambassador to Kenya Pavel Vzyatkin together with CEO of the Kenya Medical Association Dr. Brenda Obondo took part in the opening ceremony of Belarus’ exposition and national pavilion.
In his remarks, the Belarusian diplomat presented the pharmaceutical sector of Belarus and stressed that only a healthy society can build a strong economy and a prosperous country.
Companies from more than 30 countries are featured at MEDEXPO AFRICA 2023. The Belarusian exposition features Belpharmprom holding companu, major pharmaceutical companies such as Academpharm, Belmedpreparaty, Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations, and Minskintercaps.
