The Brunei Investment Agency (BIA) and City Offices Real Estate Limited (CO-RE) received approval by Westminster’s planning officers for a 200 million GBP Mayfair redevelopment of Lansdowne House. Lansdowne House is located on the southern end of London and historic Berkeley Square. The redevelopment plans would include a new building on the south side of Berkeley Square housing 325,791 square feet of office space across nine upper floors. It would also include 24,111 square feet of retail, restaurant, or gym space across the ground and lower ground floors.
From 1763 to 1929, Lansdowne House belonged to the senior most branch of the Petty-FitzMaurice family.
