Inspired by Spain’s historic Madrid de Los Austrias neighbourhood, Calle Ocho is a Spanish tapas restaurant and bar set to open mid-January on Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay. Executive chef Víctor Caballé Molina creates mouth-watering dishes that are packed with bold flavours like the Uni-Cone tuna tartare with sea urchin, Spanish suckling pig ‘boneless’ terrine, squid ink paella, and Candela Manchego cheesecake. When it comes to libations, Calle Ocho’s drink menu offers a selection of Spanish wines and sangrias.
