NASA’s Virtual Guest Program invites YOU to join the Message in a Bottle campaign and sign your name to a poem written by the U.S. Poet Laureate Ada Limón that will fly to Jupiter’s ocean moon Europa. The poem connects the two water worlds—Earth and Europa, one of the most promising currently habitable places in our solar system.
Participant names will be etched on microchips mounted on NASA’s Europa Clipper spacecraft! Europa Clipper is set to launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in October 2024, and by 2030, it will be in orbit around Jupiter. It will gather detailed measurements to determine if Europa has conditions suitable for life.
