The St. Louis Cardinals have a group of promising young outfielders who could help carry the team in 2023.
This group consists of Tyler O’Neill, Dylan Carlson, Lars Nootbaar, and top prospect Jordan Walker.
With the 2022 season over, the Cardinals now have time to assess their needs for 2023 and what their team could look like.
The organization is very excited about the group of young outfielders they possess and believe that they will be major building blocks for the future.
On Twitter, one Cardinals fan tweeted a collage of photos featuring O’Neill, Carlson, and Walker, hyping up the talent that the Cards have within their system and what they could bring in 2023.

The Cardinals seem to have a bright future, especially when considering who they have in the pipeline.
An outfield that consists of O’Neill, Carlson, and Walker could be a dangerous trio in 2023.
O’Neill and Carlson have both battled injuries over the years, so their health will be key.
The Cardinals also don’t know what the fit for Walker will be next season.
But if O’Neill and Carlson remain healthy and Walker can find his way onto the roster, the Cardinals could have something special in the works.
The outfield will likely be a point of emphasis for St. Louis next season.
They also have two Swiss army knives in Tommy Edman and Brendan Donovan, both of whom can play in the outfield.
There are a lot of things to look forward to if you’re a Cardinals fan, and much of that centers around their outfield depth.
