The Walnutport Borough Police Department is investigating the theft of a catalytic converter that occurred on 07/31/2022 at 1623 hours.
Three Black male suspects arrived at the scene operating the pictured silver Toyota Camry or Kia Optima and removed a floor jack and a battery powered Sawzall from their trunk.
The suspects used the floor jack to lift the victim’s vehicle and remove the catalytic converter.
Subsequently, the victim confronted the suspects, and one suspect reached into his pocket as if he had a weapon, causing the victim to flee.
