Comedian and actor Kevin James has sold his Delray Beach, Florida, compound at a loss. The spread in the heart of the Sunshine State’s Gold Coast finally has a new owner—one who snagged a bargain on the place. A year ago, James was hoping to sell the 11,500-square-foot, six-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion for nearly $20 million. But the property ultimately changed hands for $12.67 million. James bought the new build for $14 million in 2021.
