We are upgrading to the new Changi App to serve you better
Changi Airport Group (CAG) will be upgrading our existing iChangi mobile application. The new Changi App is a one-stop experience hub which provides flight information, travel services, as well as a suite of offerings and privileges for visitors of Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport.
Please be assured that your Changi Account profile and access will not be affected. You can continue to log in and enjoy our programmes and services, including Changi Rewards and iShopChangi.
Existing app users are invited to install the latest update from Monday, 15 May 2023 to experience the new Changi App. The minimum Operating System (OS) required to support the new Changi App on your mobile devices will be Apple iOS 12 or Android 9. To safeguard the security of your Changi Account, you may be automatically logged out and be required to log in again after you have upgraded to the new Changi App. If necessary, please request for a password reset to do so. Personal Data Protection at CAG
The protection of your personal data is important to CAG, and we take this responsibility seriously. We are pleased to share with you that the IMDA has recently awarded to us the Data Protection Trustmark certification, validating our commitment to responsible data protection practices.
To improve the quality of the services offered by CAG and better tailor our offerings to meet your needs, we have updated our Privacy Policy to enable the sharing of your personal data across CAG and its subsidiaries, which encompass businesses such as Jewel Changi Airport, Changi Recommends, and Sift&Pick.
Latest Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions have also been updated to reflect the latest enhancements we have made to our Changi Account services. We encourage all account holders to read the updated documents in full. By logging in to your Changi Account, you are also agreeing to the latest Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
