A Lanarkshire restaurant was amongst the winners when it was named top in its category at a prestigious awards event in Glasgow.
Hup Lee Buffet Restaurant in Motherwell took the Buffet Restaurant of the Year title at the Scottish Restaurant Awards.
The sector witnessed a night of grandeur and celebration as the winners of the second annual awards were unveiled at Glasgow's Marriott Hotel, with the popular Chinese restaurant in Merry Street among them.

The awards showcased the breadth and depth of Scotland’s gastronomic offerings, celebrating excellence in categories, from fine dining to street food.
With an overwhelming number of nominations pouring in from all corners of the country, competition was fierce, with the Motherwell restaurant the only one in Lanarkshire to come out top in any category.
