Cork city's new €29 million hotel is advertising for workers.
The new Premier Inn will be opening on Morrison's Quay where the old Moore's Hotel is later this year, and they're already looking for staff in what is a very tough hiring market.
The new 187-bedroom spot stands where a once-derelict set of buildings were, as they fell into disrepair after the closure of Moore's in 2005.
Some offices are also being put in across the ground floors of the site.
Elliot Group started construction back in September 2021, and they're hoping the rooms, restaurant, and new bar will all be up and running by the summer.
Premier Inn Owners Whitbread are advertising for a manager with pay of up to €50,000 a year.
More roles are expected to come up over the coming months.

The UK Hotel Chain has already expanded to Dublin, with two in the city, one near the airport, and plans for two more.
Whitebread previously spoke of wanting as many as 2,500 hotel beds in the capital.
Head of Acquisitions at the company Kevin Murray previously said securing the Morrison's Quay site for Cork was a "major milestone" for the company's expansion into Ireland.
He said: "Cork has an exciting future as a cultural and educational centre, so we see real potential in the business and leisure markets here. With significant additional bedroom requirements, we’re actively seeking freehold and leasehold opportunities for Premier Inn right across the country”.
In future they want to open more in Galway, Limerick, and Killarney.
