Hotel du Pont’s Le Cavalier is a French brasserie offering a holiday dinner with a French spin.
For this dining experience, guests will select one starter, one entrée and one dessert, receiving shared sides for the table.
Some of their tasty options include Citrus-Glazed Ham with Pineapple-Rum Gastrique, Roasted Turkey with Herbes de Provence gravy, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nut Tarator and Melted Leeks.
Sweet desserts like French Apple Cider Cake with Calvados-Caramel Pecans and Buttercream, and Sweet Potato Pie with Apollonia Spice, Cocoa Nibs and Sage Crème Chantilly will round out the experience.

Guests will have the option of adding dishes onto their dining experience, including Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce, Lobster Tails served with Butter and Apple Cider Vinegar and Foie Fras Tartine with Butternut Squash Marmalade and Pomegranate.
Beverage pairings also are available for a supplemental fee.
Aside from the holiday dinner, Le Cavalier will be open for breakfast service on Thanksgiving from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Harry’s Savoy Grill & Ballroom will have two holiday options available for Thanksgiving Day guests this year.
The à la carte menu in the restaurant will run from 1 to 8 p.m., serving their regular menu with the addition of a turkey dinner complete with all the fixings.
In the ballroom, a lavish buffet will be offered from 1 to 5:30 p.m., with nonalcoholic beverages included.
The buffet will have an appetizer display featuring fruits, salads, shrimp cocktail, a variety of fresh breads and muffins, Hand-Pulled Mozzarella with Sundried Tomato and Shallot Relish, and a Fairytale Pumpkin and Lobster Bisque.
A carving station will give guests their choice of a traditional roast turkey with pan gravy and cranberry relish or Harry’s award-winning prime rib with au jus and horseradish. Main entrees include Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Yuzu Truffle Cream; Cheese Tortellini with Roasted Zucchini and Eggplant, Rustic Tomato Sauce; Grilled Chicken Breast with Sweet Onion Confit and Walnut-Arugula Pesto; and Braised Pork Cheeks with Cranberry Demi and Wilted Greens. Various sides are available as well.
To round out dinner, a grand dessert buffet boasting Apple Crumble with Brandy Sauce, Orange & Pumpkin White Chocolate Eclairs, Bourbon Pecan Pie, Coconut Cream Cake and a smorgasbord of other goodies will be available.

If you don’t feel like cooking this Thanksgiving but still want the satisfaction of a homestyle meal, Big Fish Market in Rehoboth has a holiday to-go menu loaded with all the goods.
Their biggest holiday option is the full harvest, a $219.95 package that serves eight to 10 people with leftovers. This spread includes a 20-to-24 pound, oven-roasted and brined turkey, homemade gravy, whole berry cranberry sauce and your choice of four homemade sides.
For smaller gatherings, the little gobbler option serves four to six people with leftovers and includes a 10- to 14-pound, oven-roasted and brined turkey, homemade gravy, whole berry cranberry sauce and your choice of three homemade sides.
For an additional $15, both packages can have the turkey carved, or additional carved turkey servings can be added to the package for $15 per pound.

Ham lovers aren’t left out of Big Fish Market’s offerings either. The spiral glazed ham dinner serves eight to 10 people and features an 8- to 10-pound spiral glazed ham with two homemade side dishes. If you want ham only, they are available for $95.
Individual Thanksgiving plates will be sold for $29.95 and include oven-roasted turkey and ham, whole berry cranberry sauce, homemade gravy, Big Fish Masher and traditional stuffing, and an additional side of your choosing. Side dishes include Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach, green bean casserole, carrots and more.
If you end up with a last-minute change in plans, don’t worry about scrambling for holiday dinner. Big Fish Market has a three-course Thanksgiving Day platter available for $39.95. It is available for pick-up only on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The platter features oven-roasted turkey and ham; your choice of Pumpkin Crab Bisque or a starter salad; Big Fish Masher, traditional stuffing and cranberry sauce; a homemade pumpkin pie slice, and your choice of one additional side.
Premium bakery items and individual side dishes are available if you need something extra to supplement your homemade holiday spread.
For those of you with turkey horror stories from years past, Big Fish Market is also offering fully cooked, oven-roasted and brined turkeys. They are $110 for a 20-to 24-pound turkey serving eight to 10 people, and $80 for a 10- to 14-pound turkey serving five to seven people. There is a $15 surcharge for a carved turkey.

Deerfield’s Thanksgiving buffet returns this year with a menu packed with holiday favorites and innovative additions to delight your taste buds.
The signature soup and salad station has highlights like Red Skin Potato Salad, Curry Coleslaw, and Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque. Accompaniments include mashed Yukon gold potatoes, Cornbread Stuffing with Oysters, mashed sweet potatoes and Sherry-Creamed Cipollini Onions.
