Sundowners Family Restaurant has introduced a quartet of new burgers and a chicken sandwich and is celebrating by giving them away.
For a limited time, guests can purchase one of the following sandwiches and get one free: Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger, Jalapeño Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger, Ortega Patty Melt and Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
To get the deal, guests must show a specific post from the chain’s Instagram account that mentions the deal.
Sundowners Family Restaurants has locations in San Bernardino (1131 S. E St.) and Fontana (8983 Sierra Ave.).
In honor of its birthday, Arby’s is offering deep discounts on five classic menu items.
Deals include a Classic French Dip and Swiss sandwich for $3; a Classic Roast Beef sandwich, Jamocha Shake or Mozzarella Sticks for $2; and an order of Curly Fries for $1.
The deals are only available online or via the chain’s app through July 30.
In addition, the chain is offering a two-for-$7 deal on Mozzarella Sticks, Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar and Classic Crispy Chicken sandwiches.
The chain also has limited-time items including the return of its Wagyu Steakhouse burger in both Deluxe and Bacon Ranch varieties and three- and five-piece Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strips.
Wendy’s Frosty-ccino coffee drink has disappeared from the menu, but has been replaced by a new Frosty Cream Cold Brew.
It starts with cold brew coffee, to which vanilla Frosty creamer is added along with flavored syrup.
The new coffee drink comes in three flavors: Chocolate, vanilla and caramel.
To help promote the new drink, guests ordering via the chain’s app can receive a small size of any Frosty Cream Cold Brew — or any other coffee drink — for just 99 cents.
The deal is available through Aug. 6.
A pair of restaurants have opened in south Ontario.
First up is Chop Stop at 2598 S. Archibald Ave. The salad-centric restaurant is open from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. daily. Other Inland Empire locations include Rancho Cucamonga, Temecula, Rialto, Chino Hills, Upland, La Verne and Hesperia.
Also open is Popping Yolk Cafe, 3420 Ontario Ranch Road, Suite 1, in the New Haven Marketplace shopping center. Hours for the brunch restaurant are 8 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.

Wienerschnitzel has finally launched its mobile app.
However, the app is currently a pretty bare-bones affair, offering a store locator, menu access and mobile ordering.
Guests who order through the app or online also get a chance to get free Wienerschnitzel swag, according to the app.
The app is available for iOS and Android.
The chain is also offering barbecue pulled pork hot dogs and fries and Orange Cream treats for a limited time.
The BBQ Pulled Pork Dog includes a hot dog (choice of original, Polish or Premium Beef, topped with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles and grilled onions, served in a steamed bun.
The BBQ Pulled Pork Fries includes a French fries topped with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles and grilled onions.
Orange Cream treats include a dipped cone, a shake and an Orange Fanta float.
