MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – The infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses in Belarus is expanding and improving, Director of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Economy Ministry Olga Rusinovich said during the business conference “Effective Management. Shaping the image of Belarus through the development of human resources” that was held in Brest, BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry.
Olga Rusinovich made a presentation on the role of SME support infrastructure in building managerial competences.
“Today, a well-developed infrastructure network provides continuous support to small and medium-sized businesses in Belarus. The infrastructure includes legal entities that have volunteered to help launch and implement promising business ideas, taking into account the support provided by the government to everyone, regardless of gender and age. This network is expanding and improving. Every person who wants to start or grow a business can receive qualified advice and support in any corner of our country,” the Economy Ministry official said.
Olga Rusinovich also announced that an interactive map helping navigate business support infrastructure will be launched in the near future.
