PALO ALTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct 13, 2022–
Tidal Partners co-founders David Handler and David Neequaye are excited to announce that Elizabeth Hyon has joined the next-generation mergers and acquisition advisory firm as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer.
Alongside Handler and Neequaye, Hyon will stand up the operations and platform of the new organization, which launched in August 2022, while the team continues to rapidly expand. The firm’s mission is to drive long-term value creation for its clients against the backdrop of accelerating digital transformation.
“We are thrilled to have Liz join us at the outset of Tidal. She is a critical member of our firm, offering differentiated strategic legal advice and a strong leadership voice within our expanding team,” said David Handler, Partner and Co-Founder of Tidal Partners.
Hyon joins from Barclays, where she spent 10+ years on their legal team, most recently as America’s Head of Investment Banking Litigation, where she covered a wide variety of significant regulatory and high-profile litigation disputes.
“Tidal Partners is looking to do something different to drive significant impact for its clients. I’m incredibly excited to join the team – building structure and strategy around an outstanding group of strategic and creative advisors,” said Hyon.
