Dear Tiatira Com,
As the world seemingly grows smaller, we may begin to think there may be a limit to new frontiers on Earth. Ignacio Maza knows that’s not true.
As executive vice president of Signature Travel Network, Maza has sailed on more than 80 cruise ships. And yet he still has a thriving bucket list of places he hasn’t seen.
Most recently he finally made it to Arctic Greenland, where he found a culture and a landscape that spoke to him in a way that others had not. It is raw and real and, perhaps most important, it reveals that there are worlds left to explore. “You know that sense when you feel you are a pioneer, that you’re discovering something new? That is incredibly appealing to me,” he tells us.
For him, Greenland initially appeared as a blank canvas. And what he found, and what he hopes you will also discover, is that this region of the Arctic is anything but…white. Visiting a place like Greenland, a fascinating, fulfilling frontier that is still largely unknown, is an act of faith.
It’s a leap worth taking.
Stay curious.
Warmest Regards,
