The men have been arrested on suspicion of robbery, theft, fraud and possession of an offensive weapon.
Five 19-year-olds from Milton Keynes have been arrested in an investigation into incidents launched by Thames Valley Police.
The victims of the incidents were all robbed while making their way to purchase high value items with cash following conversations through Facebook marketplace.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, five 19-year-old men, all from Milton Keynes have been arrested on suspicion of robbery, theft, fraud and possession of an offensive weapon and are currently in custody.
"Their arrest is in relation to incidents which took place across Milton Keynes where victims were robbed of cash as they made their way to pick up an item they had purchased via an online marketplace."
