CHICAGO — Dogs and cats can get a free rabies vaccine and microchip hosted by Chicago Animal Care and Control in the 19th Ward this Saturday, Sept. 17. The clinic will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chicago High School for Agricultural Science, 3857 W. 111th St., in the back parking lot. Pet owners should enter at 111th Street and Hamlin.
The clinic is open to the first 200 pets (only two pets per household) and to Cook County residents.
This event is co-sponsored by the Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control, Cook County Commissioner John P. Daley, and One Tail At A Time.
