TravelManagers Australia demonstrated its appreciation for valued suppliers in five states, taking trade partners to lunch at Greek restaurants in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
State-based Business Partnership Managers (BPMs) hosted the ‘appreciation lunches’ to thank suppliers for their continued support of TravelManagers.
Many suppliers who attended enjoyed the opportunity to network and share updates.
Twelve South Australia-based supplier reps joined SA BPM Maggie Bootsman at Adelaide’s The Greek on Halifax, while in Perth, 13 suppliers enjoyed a three-course Greek lunch.
At Melbourne’s Stalactites restaurant on Lonsdale Street, 38 Victoria-based industry reps were part of the partner appreciation lunch.
Collette’s Samantha Tamba attended the Brisbane lunch at Greca restaurant within the Howard Smith Wharf Precinct and said the brand treasured TravelManagers’ partnership and support.
Alex Fayan from Aurora Expeditions was among 60 supplier partners at Sydney’s Diethnes Greek Restaurant, saying “it was very much appreciated to feel appreciated”.
“It was a great industry get-together and a confirmation of how important TravelManagers is to all of us. It was so good that so many people attended, despite everyone being flat-out busy,” Travel Loop’s Charlie Ridout added.
TravelManagers also recently staged a series of in-person training days in Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Sydney.
