Imagine what would happen if Simone Biles played any other sports than Gymnastics? This question might sound surprising, but one such event occurred way back in 2019. This event happened in July of 2019 when Hollywood celebs like Dascha Polanco came together with eminent rappers like Machine Gun Kelly and gymnastics legend, Simone Biles.

MLB-all star week is an extraordinary time for the US audience. Finally, some prominent heroes, both in reel and real life, came together to sweat it out on the field, and the 2019 edition was no different. In 2018, the games saw tough competition between teams. That spirit was nowhere receded in 2019.

Biles, a celebrity figure and a world acclaimed gymnastics legend, also participated in the match. In addition, the hosted softball game also saw names from the silver screen world like the “Orange Is the New Black” star, Dascha Polanco.

Present from the music world was rapper, Machine Gun Kelly. In addition, Hall of Famer Jim Thome also participated in the event, as did 2018’s MVP, WWE wrestler Mike “The Miz” Mizanin.
The match, dubbed “Cleveland Vs. The World,” occurred in Ohio’s Progressive Field. Furthermore, television channels also broadcasted it nationwide on July 8th.

In the game, the home team from Cleveland essentially played against a group of players from everywhere else. Biles was seen sporting the Cleveland team jersey in the game as she bounced about the field.
The Cleveland Team donned a signature red jersey with white trim. Other than Biles herself, many different icons such as Kenny Lofton and Travis Hafner were also seen sporting this jersey. As the “World” team, Hollywood icon Dascha Polanco wore a black jersey with silver trim. The World team has its even share of talents, both from Hollywood and from the baseball world. Indeed, it would seem that the World has unified on the sporting field.
