Jim Carrey Lowers Price of L.A. Home to $23.95 Million
Jim Carrey has lowered the price of his longtime Los Angeles lair to $23.95 million. The actor, who’s been busy working on “Sonic the Hedgehog 3,” initially listed the estate in February 2023 for nearly $29 million. The estate, built in 1951, last changed hands in 1994, when it was sold for $3.8 million, according to property records. Las Vegas Rents Slipped Slightly in January
Sin City renters are getting a break. Rents dropped in the Las Vegas Valley to start the year, according to a report from Zillow. Las Vegas was one of 16 major metropolitan areas in the U.S. that saw a rent decline to start the year, with the average rent in the valley sitting at $1,745, a 0.3 % decrease from December. Luxury Apartment Sales in India Rose 75% in 2023
In India, sales of luxury apartments priced at Rs 4 crore (US$481,855) and higher increased by 75% annually in 2023. The luxury segment made up 4% of all residential unit sales last year, doubling its proportion of 2% in 2022, according to CBRE South Asia. Of the seven major cities, Delhi-NCR had the largest luxury sales growth, with a yearly increase of 197%. New unit launches were at pace with luxury sales, recording a year-over-year growth of 45%.
