A desperate search has been launched for two alleged thieves who went on a spending spree, using an alleged stolen credit card 13 times at fast food restaurants and petrol stations across Melbourne.
Police are appealing for public assistance to find the men, who are believed to have stolen a car and a credit card from two separate homes in Cranbourne North earlier this month.
A black 2022 Mazda 3 with registration BZN911 was stolen at around 3am on Monday July 10.
It was allegedly taken from a home in Rossiter Retreat, Cranbourne North.
Just 10 minutes later the duo allegedly stole a credit card from inside a 2015 gold Lexus at a property at Noorat Place, Cranbourne North.
The credit card was then allegedly used up to 13 times throughout the morning at various fast food stores and petrol stations around the Cranbourne area.
Police have released images of two men, aged 18 to 25, who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The first man is described as having an olive complexion, dark hair and was seen wearing black clothing and runners.
The second man is also described as having an olive complexion, of a slim build, and was seen wearing grey clothes, black runners and a black baseball cap.
