‘I made £1m scooping up cheap property after the financial crash’

Most home owners will not remember 2008 fondly, but Graeme Carling made his first property investment in the aftermath of the financial crash and was a millionaire within two years. Mr Carling and his wife Leanne now own and manage hundreds of homes across Scotland. Telegraph Money spoke to the couple to find out how they did it.
