Visit the Office of Human Services located at the Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, T2, Palo Alto. In our office you can speak to a resource person who can alleviate the stresses and frustrations of looking for resource information.
The kiosks contain a hard copy collection of local service brochures, maps, and other resource information located in over twenty sites in Palo Alto. Sites include libraries, community centers, and non-profit agencies.

Find disability services. Resources include support organizations, education, and recreation programs.
Find emergency assistance for domestic violence, natural disasters, mental health, and poison control.
Find employment and training resources and support organizations.
Find food distribution, ready-made meals, and nutrition programs. There are specialized food services for low-income households, seniors, and families with children.
Find health services for uninsured and low-income households. Resources include health providers, advocacy and affinity groups, Santa Clara County services, and addiction recovery.
Find services for emergency housing, housing for youth, affordable housing, affordable home repair, and housing disputes and counseling.
Find affordable legal and mediation services.
Find mental health services for youth and teen counseling, family counseling, adult counseling and treatment, and grief support.
