Home of Primo Smallgoods Heiress Could Set a Record in Sydney
|
|
Sydney’s North Shore could get another record-setting deal as Kristie Ward, heiress of the Primo Smallgoods food company, hopes to land more than A$40 million (US$26.29 million) for her trophy waterfront home on Middle Harbour. She bought the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate on a 0.84-acre block in Northbridge in 2017 for $21 million, smashing suburb record at the time by about 30%. Now this sale could set a new record for Sydney’s northside residential real estate, which is presently at A$42.2 million for the historic Idlemere in Lavender Bay that sold in 2022. news.com.au
