In Turkey, Antalya Is a Hot Spot for International Buyers
During the first three months of the year, 38% of homes purchased by foreign buyers in Turkey were in the southern city of Antalya. There were 4,177 houses sold to foreigners, especially those from Russia, Ukraine and Germany, in the tourism hotspot during the first quarter. China Completes National Real Estate Registration Database
On Tuesday, China announced that it had finished creating a national database for real estate registrations, according to the official Xinhua news agency. The system is designed to boost transparency in real estate ownership, but its completion has taken almost a decade, due to heavy opposition by local officials.
