152-Acre Estate Sets Delaware Sales Record
A Centreville, Delaware, estate has just sold for $18 million—a record for the First State. Across its 152 acres, the property includes a 10-bedroom house, five rental properties, two barns with horse stalls and a 6-acre stream-fed pond. The main residence is a 1939 Georgian stone mansion that spans about 12,000 square feet. The property was sold by the deceased owners’ six children, and one of the siblings is the buyer. Peter Angelos Lists Baltimore Condo for $1.7 million
Peter Angelos, owner of the Baltimore Orioles, has put his luxury home on the market for $1.7 million. The 3,167-square-foot condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residence in Federal Hill is modern with a large living room, two floors and overlooks Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Sales Surged by 30% in Montreal Last Month
Montreal-area home sales jumped 30% in February compared with the same month a year earlier, but activity still remained slightly below the historical average for this time of year, according to the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers.
