Machine Gun Kelly has changed the name of his upcoming album to Mainstream Sellout.
First titled Born with Horns, Kelly and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker previously got matching tattoos of the title to commemorate their sophomore collaboration following Tickets to My Downfall in 2020.
Kelly revealed the new name on Instagram in a video in which he humorously tells Barker about the change. “We’re friends no matter what, right?” Kelly asks Barker, to which the drummer responds positively. “Remember when we got the new album name tattooed on our arms?” Kelly continues as the video plays footage from the event. “We’re changing the album name,” he adds laughing. Barker then inquires about the new album name before the visual cuts to a graphic reading Mainstream Sellout.

Kelly shared the first single off the forthcoming album, dubbed “Papercuts,” in August alongside an accompanying music video directed by Cole Bennett. Additionally, the artist recently featured on Iann Dior’s latest record, On to Better Things, with Barker.
MGK has not yet revealed the tracklist or release date for Mainstream Sellout.
Elsewhere in music, Coachella and FTX are offering lifetime passes as NFTs.
