Guacamole has all the goodness of avocados and most of its benefits are derived from them. This dip is rich in folate and antioxidants making it great for our heart health. According to studies avocados have healthy fats which help in decreasing the blood pressure.
All the ingredients of guacamole are loaded with high dietary fibre which help in keeping you fuller for longer time period and hence promote weight loss.
Tomatoes and avocados in guacamole are a source of vitamin C and E respectively which help in the nourishment of your skin and hair health.

Ingredients:
1. 1 ripe avocado
2. 1/4 small finely chopped onion
3. 1 tbsp diced jalapeños
4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
5. 1 tsp lime juice
6. Salt to taste
7. Red Chilli Powder to taste
8. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Method:
To make guacamole from scratch at home take one avocado and slice it in half. Take out its seed from the center and then scoop out the avocado with the help of a spoon.
Keep the scooped avocado in a bowl and mash it with the help of a fork.
Once mashed all you need to do is add all the chopped ingredients like onions, tomatoes, garlic and jalapenos. You can skip any of these if you want or add some other ingredient of your choice too.
Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, spice it up with some salt, red chili powder and lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients, garnish it with fresh coriander and your guacamole is ready to dip into!
