A man has been found dead inside a vehicle parked at a Premier Inn hotel in Chelmsford. Officers were called to the Premier Inn on Colchester Road at the Boreham Interchange on November 30 shortly after 11.45am.
They had received concerns for the welfare of a man. Several police cars and ambulance vehicles rushed to the scene as emergency services attended the incident.
The car park was closed off for a while with no-one being allowed into the car park. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His death is unexpected but not believed to be suspicious. A file has been prepared for the coroner after the next of kin were informed.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We were called to concerns for the welfare of a man inside a vehicle in a car park at the Boreham interchange shortly after 11.45am on 30 November. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His death is unexpected but not believed to be suspicious."
